BOE HOLDS RATES, HAWKISH SPLIT The Bank of England kept its key rate unchanged at 3.75% in a 6-3 vote, with three policymakers backing a hike and none supporting a cut. The BOE expects inflation to peak at 3.2% in Q4 before returning to target in early 2028, while warning it could reach 4.5% if oil stays above $100.
