According to DigitalAsset, South Korean prosecutors have once again requested the court to sentence Delio CEO Jung Sang-ho to 20 years in prison. Jung Sang-ho is accused of abruptly halting user withdrawals in 2023, allegedly defrauding approximately 250 billion KRW in assets, and improperly completing the registration as a virtual asset service provider. The court will deliver its verdict on August 13.
