Saw @JonahLupton mention the same point I brought up at the beginning of the month: more open-source models will lower the overall cost of AI, which means more usage and greater demand for computation. Simply put, the cost for individual companies and individuals is decreasing, but the number of companies and people using it will keep growing. The market will increasingly realize this, and this will be the core driving force of the next wave.
