Im going to say something wildly unpopular: Clarity Act isnt going to pump your bags anytime soon. Even if it musters support, Clarity is unlikely to get voted before recess due to the crowded congressional calendar and shortened senate floor time. Furthermore, if Clarity becomes enacted, it will take 6-12months to truly have a direct effect on liquidity and adoption. Will we see a wick up on favorable news?
