Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on July 23, according to GlobeneWswire, Axe Compute (NASDAQ: AGPU) announced that the company has signed new customer contracts totaling over $1.3 billion in the U.S. and Europe, surpassing its full-year 2026 signing target of $1 billion ahead of schedule. These contracts were secured through the Axe Compute Build program, under which the company will design, deploy, own, and operate dedicated AI infrastructure for its clients. Customers can independently select GPU types, deployment regions, and infrastructure configurations. The agreements have a term of five years, with options for extension and substantial upfront payment arrangements, while also allowing for continuous upgrades as new-generation GPUs are launched. The company expects to receive upfront payments in Q3 2026 and begin recognizing revenue by the end of Q4. Once the project is fully deployed, annual recurring revenue (ARR) is projected to exceed $384 million. Axe Compute CEO Christopher Miglino stated that based on current project opportunities, the company may sign approximately $2 billion in additional contracts within the year, potentially contributing to next year's ARR. The infrastructure will adopt NVIDIA reference designs for large model training, fine-tuning, inference, and data processing.
