Today, Rustem Umerov delivered a report following his meetings in the United States. The negotiations were substantive. We are coordinating the schedule of the necessary visits and expect envoys of the U.S. President in Kyiv at the turn of spring and summer. We hope this time we will be able to realize what has been planned and reinvigorate diplomacy. We discussed humanitarian issues, including the continuation of POW exchanges. We are refining the details of arrangements that can guarantee security.
