I personally think this news doesn't need to be overly shocking. After all, Russia has repeatedly stated that oil or other trades can be settled using Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies. Actually using Bitcoin might not necessarily be a good thing—it’s very likely that in the end, it’ll still be converted into money to buy weapons. However much they have, they’ll sell that much, right?
