Moderna stock fell on Wednesday after the vaccine maker said the Food and Drug Administration refused to review its application to sell a new seasonal flu vaccine. The biotech company closed the day down 3.5%. The selloff came after Moderna said late Tuesday that it had received a “refusal-to-file” letter from the FDA rejecting its vaccine.
