**[Economist: The Federal Reserve Enters "Gradual Money Printing" Mode]**
According to a report by Golden Finance, economist and Bitcoin advocate Lyn Alden stated that the U.S. Federal Reserve is entering a "gradual" phase of monetary expansion (money printing), which will moderately stimulate asset prices but will not be as aggressive as the "big print" many in the Bitcoin community had previously anticipated.
In her investment strategy newsletter published on February 8, Alden said: "My baseline scenario is roughly aligned with the Federal Reserve's own expectations: the growth rate of its balance sheet will likely match the growth rate of the total assets in the banking system or nominal Gross Domestic Product (GDP)."
She added: "Overall, this means I still lean toward holding high-quality, scarce assets, while gradually rebalancing away from extremely exuberant, overheated sectors and shifting toward under-allocated, undervalued areas."
