Not long ago, a16z publicly declared that privacy will be the most urgent and important narrative for encryption in 2026. At present, the most mainstream privacy payment tools in crypto are Zcash and Monero. Although the privacy payment market seems to be saturated, the potential underwater space is enormous, and the real demand and market space are far from being effectively explored. @ AnomaPay, based on the Anoma intent architecture, has keenly captured this point and is preparing to grab the cake on the privacy payment track. I just experienced the early beta version of AnomalPay, and the overall operation is very smooth, completing a private transfer in just a few seconds. The logic of privacy payment can be understood as Zcash combined with intent mechanism: 1. The sender inputs the number of tokens to be sent+the recipient's private account address (submission intention); 2/Anoma system for network solving and privacy execution: the solver matches paths, generates zk proofs, and hides all relevant metadata; 3/Private transfer, the recipient can withdraw the received assets of the private account to the mapped original wallet address. The entire privacy transfer process is almost imperceptible to the user end, and the funds never leave the original chain (non custodial). At present, the beta version of AnomalPay only supports USDC on the @ base chain, and future beta versions will expand to include multiple chains and assets.
