At today’s European Council, I welcomed the agreement on financing for Ukraine. Russia continues to speak the language of missiles, so the EU responds with real and decisive action. The decision reached tonight will ensure sustainable financing for at least the next two years. It will strengthen Ukraine’s defense, macroeconomic stability, and its position in peace negotiations. Europe’s credibility and security depend on such resolute choices.(Gitanas Nausėda)
