[LayerZero to Launch Third Fee Switch Vote on December 20] ZRO holders will participate in the third fee switch vote from 12:00 AM on December 20 to 12:00 AM on December 27 to decide whether to activate the protocol fee switch. If the vote passes, the protocol fees will be used to buy back and burn ZRO. The quorum requirement for the vote is 40.59% of circulating ZRO (i.e., 230 million ZRO), and it will only take effect if the quorum is met and more than 50% of votes are in favor. LayerZero Labs, LayerZero Foundation, and related affiliates will abstain.
