Financial nihilism is a mindset and philosophy where individuals lose faith in the idea that the current system will work in their favor. Since the end of the 90's, cost of houses has 20-30x'ed in major cities, while salaries are only up 3-5x in the same period. Fck it they think to themselves, it's impossible to buy a house these days. Fewer ways to make it, and in desperation people will seek the only place where they can gamble to get a 100x or zero. Well, this place used to be crypto. But is it anymore? What we see right now is that people move on from crypto (which used to be their paradise) and over to stocks, AI and robotics, as the upside looks better there. And ngl, after the big market crash on Oct 10th, it’s worth asking yourself: Why are you still here? Do you actually have an edge? Crypto, DeFi and the trenches are getting harder. The best people in here have a real edge. If you don't have an edge, it's time to work on it. Or wait for easy mode. Or hope that we bring more fair systems for tokens launches. Or maybe just hold BTC.(Route 2 FI)
