According to KBS, Binance received a request from South Korean police to freeze crypto assets stolen from Upbit by hackers, but ultimately only assisted in freezing a portion of them. After South Korean police and Upbit confirmed on the day of the incident (morning of the 27th) that part of the stolen funds had flowed to Binance, they requested Binance to freeze approximately 470 million KRW worth of Solana tokens. However, Binance, citing the need for 'further verification of the facts,' only froze 17% of the requested amount (around 80 million KRW) and delayed about 15 hours before completing the freeze and notifying them. https://www.(wublock123.com)/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=show&catid=6&id=53424
