According to Bloomberg, cross-border payment unicorn Airwallex announced the completion of a $330 million funding round, raising its valuation to $8 billion. This round was led by Addition, with participation from T Rowe Price, Robinhood Ventures, and others. The company announced that San Francisco will become its second global headquarters, and the U.S. team plans to expand to 400+ people within the next year. The company's annualized revenue surpassed $1 billion in October.
