Sharing my thoughts on Binance's recently launched on-chain US stock tokens. They're not real stocks—more like a form of US stock price tokens! Real stocks are held by institutions and issued as 1:1 pegged tokens. If you buy them, you're only buying the price shadow, not shareholder rights! On-chain trading happens outside the brokerage system. Best suited for: small funds, short-term trades, arbitrage! Not suitable for: long-term investments, heavy positions, pursuing shareholder rights! On-chain US stocks can be a fun little play, but don’t take them too seriously. For big investments, sticking with regular brokers is still safer.
