There have been plenty of similar posts before, but they just didn’t get direct replies from the staff. This shows that OKX is now super sensitive and has a solid public opinion monitoring system, catching issues early and addressing them quickly. But it also brings a new problem—content that might’ve gone unnoticed on your timeline gets amplified by these direct replies. This could actually give bad actors more traffic, making them think this approach works and encouraging them to keep using it to grab attention.
