Hourglass: Refunds for Accidental Transactions in the Second Phase of Stable Deposits Have Been Completed

These primarily involved sending USDC directly to the contract, invoking the `reemptyNonKyc` function with the contract as the recipient, and setting the recipient of pre-iUSDT shares to the contract. All deposits have now been fully refunded. These funds are not included in project expenses, and the refunds have been directly returned to the wallets that initiated the USDC transfers.
