The panic sentiment in European stock markets is the strongest since the collapse of the US banking industry, according to Golden Ten Data on November 18th. Under the shadow of risk aversion, market risk appetite has sharply cooled, and almost all asset classes from stocks to gold and Bitcoin are under pressure. The volatility index of the Eurozone stock market has soared to the highest level since the mid October collapse of regional banks in the United States: the Eurozone version of the "panic index" - the European Stoxx Volatility Index rose 2.4 points to 22.6, previously hitting its highest level since October 17th. However, the index is still far below the high of 53.5 set in April.
