The question is , if the cash flow and costs associated with carriers were normalized ... PAs, deductible write offs, underpayment of contractual amounts ,etc , would that lead to smart hospitals eliminating facility fees , 340B abuse, site arbitrage ? And would it open the door for fair payments to doctors ? I think cleaning up the first, opens the door to the second.(Mark Cuban)
