[Aztec Launches AZTEC Token Sale with an Initial Total Supply of 10.35 Billion Tokens] The privacy-focused blockchain project Aztec has officially launched the public sale of its AZTEC token, with a total supply of 10.35 billion tokens. This round of sales is conducted through an on-chain Continuous Clearing Auction (CCA), with a starting fully diluted valuation (FDV) of $350 million, representing approximately a 75% discount from the previous valuation. U.S. users are eligible to participate. This token sale accounts for a total of 21.96%, approximately 2.273 billion tokens, including public auctions, Uniswap V4 liquidity pools, genesis sequencer sales, and bilateral reserves. The remaining token allocation is as follows: 27.26% for investors and early supporters, 21.06% for the team, 11.71% for the foundation, 10.73% for ecosystem grants, 4.89% for future incentives, and 2.41% for Year 1 network rewards. The sale period is from December 2 to December 6, and users must complete on-chain verification through a soulbound NFT to participate. AZTEC tokens support staking, sequencer participation, network governance, and fee payments. The annual inflation cap for the future will not exceed 20%, as determined by governance.
