According to Cointelegraph, Japan's first yen stablecoin issuer, JPYC, stated that stablecoin reserve funds might become new buyers in Japan's government bond market in the future, filling the gap left by the Bank of Japan's reduced bond purchases. JPYC CEO Noritaka Okabe said the company plans to invest 80% of issuance funds into Japanese government bonds and deposit the remaining 20% into bank accounts, initially focusing on short-term bonds. JPYC officially issued its yen stablecoin on October 27, aiming to expand circulation to $66 billion within three years. https://www.(wublock123.com)/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=show&catid=6&id=51750
