Halfway through writing copy today, a friend sent me a link and told me to 'give it a try.' I casually clicked on it, and suddenly my wallet started executing transactions on Base by itself—scared me so much I almost spilled the water in my cup.
Turns out it was @Infinit_Labs' Strategies, which can execute multi-step DeFi operations with just one click.
At that moment, I was genuinely amazed: so 'automated DeFi' has already reached a usable stage.
Over the past few days, I’ve noticed a few updates from @Infinit_Labs:
1) Strategies launched on Base, enabling one-click multi-step DeFi interactions;
2) Integrated with BNB Chain, combining high TPS with deterministic proxy coordination;
3) Officially disclosed over 637,000+ Agent transactions to date;
4) The community says there are now 20+ strategies available, covering everything from cross-pool arbitrage to risk hedging;
5) Collaborating with Virtuals to extend capabilities into broader autonomous systems.
From a dev’s perspective, the highlight isn’t just 'placing orders,' but abstracting DeFi into a closed loop of 'intent → simulation → packaging → execution → review': newbies make fewer mistakes, while experienced players can modularize their expertise into reusable assets.
In the short term, the Base/BNB combo can reduce failure rates and latency; in the mid-term, the network effects of the strategy marketplace could turn high-quality strategies into 'applications,' allowing creators to earn revenue shares.
Don’t romanticize it: strategies aren’t risk-free—MEV, slippage, and approvals all need to be managed. Start small, check execution logs and backtests, and then decide whether to entrust long-term management to an Agent. I’ll keep monitoring the data—if there’s a pitfall, I’ll step into it first.
