Currently, the BTC Put Wall is still concentrated at 95,000 and 100,000, but the face value has dropped by nearly half. Options market makers don't seem very confident about the support below BTC. As for ETH, not much to say—since 10/11, it hasn't even recovered to 1/5 of its original level. You could even say that institutions believe there's no effective support below ETH.
