Wenzhou court successfully disposes of virtual currency involved in case through licensed platform

The Wenzhou court successfully disposed of the involved virtual currency through a licensed trading platform. The defendant Liu illegally obtained 544 virtual currency addresses and keys, stole tens of thousands of virtual currencies, and caused significant losses. Through collaboration among multiple departments, the virtual currency involved in the case has been monetized into nearly 50000 RMB, and the funds have been transferred to the court's dedicated account. This disposal complies with the relevant opinions of the Supreme People's Court and has accumulated experience for the disposal of virtual currencies.
