According to Bloomberg, WhiteFiber, a subsidiary of cryptocurrency asset management company Bit Digital, completed its initial public offering on August 7th. The company issued 9.4 million ordinary shares at a price of $17 per share (reaching the upper limit of the market pricing range), raising a total of $159.4 million.
