Tether: XAUT token supported by over 7.66 tons of gold stored in Switzerland

According to Foresight News, Tether announced that as of the second quarter of 2025, it has issued 246524.330 XAUT gold tokens, each of which is pegged to an equivalent amount of physical gold in a 1:1 ratio, supported by over 7.66 tons (246524.380 troy ounces) of gold stored in Switzerland.
