US stablecoin concept stocks surge across the board, Robinhood rises nearly 7%

The concept stocks of stablecoins in the US stock market surged, with Robinhood rising nearly 7% and Circle rising over 3%. US Treasury Secretary Besson previously stated that stablecoin legislation may be completed by mid July.
