Odaily Planet Daily News: Web3 security company CertiK has released a report showing that in the first half of 2025, Web3 security incidents resulted in a loss of nearly $2.5 billion, with a net loss of $2.29 billion, exceeding last year's total. Fishing attacks have become the biggest threat, with a loss of approximately $400 million in the second quarter, accounting for half of the total loss amount for this quarter (approximately $800 million), far exceeding the same period last year. Although private key leakage incidents have decreased and code vulnerability attacks have remained historically average, we still need to be vigilant about major cases such as Cetus Protocol.
