Wu said that Nasdaq has submitted a 19b-4 filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), officially initiating the review process for the 21Shares SUI ETF (a spot ETF based on SUI tokens). Previously, 21Shares submitted the S-1 registration documents in April.
