Coinsilium intends to allocate an initial amount of no less than 10 Bitcoin from the £1.5 million raised through the broker placing and WRAP retail offer. In addition, a transfer of 5 Bitcoin from Coinsilium’s existing reserves into the Forza! treasury is also intended. These allocations will provide Forza! with a starting Bitcoin holding of no less than 15 BTC. Additional Bitcoin contributions can be expected as the strategic rollout progresses. The transfers are expected to be processed once all operation arrangements are in place.
