According to BlockBeats, on May 20th, analysts from Danske Bank Research Center stated in a report that they have postponed their forecast for a Fed rate cut due to the easing of the risk of a recent tariff driven economic recession. Danske Bank now expects the next Fed rate cut to be in September, one quarter later than previously predicted in June. However, the forecast for terminal interest rates remains at 3.00% -3.25%. As the Federal Reserve begins to cut interest rates quarterly, the final rate will not be reached until September 2026. The loose financial environment, lower tariffs, and stronger than expected macroeconomic data in April have reduced the necessity of recent interest rate cuts. However, in the long run, the slowdown in structural growth and sluggish credit growth continue to indicate further interest rate cuts in the future. (Golden Ten)
