Gnosis acquires on chain commercial account platform Headquarters for $14.95 million

The transaction includes an initial investment of up to $8.95 million approved by GnosisDAO Treasury through DAO voting in January. Meanwhile, Gnosis Ltd. also pledged an additional $6 million in working capital for growth, compliance, and operational support over the next two years, with a total acquisition investment of $14.95 million, making it one of the largest acquisitions in the Gnosis ecosystem to date.
