It is currently not online or available, and will be officially launched at a later date. CbADA, cbDOGE, cbLTC, and cbXRP are Coinbase's bridge tokens, corresponding to the wrapper versions of Cardano (ADA), Dogecoin (DOGE), Litecoin (LTC), and Ripple (XRP), respectively. They are designed specifically for Coinbase's Ethereum Layer2 network base, and cbBTC has been previously launched.
