Golden Finance reported that SOL Strategies, the "Solana version of micro strategy," released its April performance update, revealing that the company has obtained up to $500 million in convertible note financing to expand its SOL holdings. The validator has a normal operating time of 99.995%, and the total number of SOL tokens pledged has exceeded 3 million (3036462). As of April 30, 2025, SOL Strategies holds 269258 SOLs, of which 268671 SOLs are actively pledged to the company's validators.
