At 4 a.m. Beijing time (1 p.m. Mountain time), it was the third reading of two Bitcoin related protocols, SB1373 and SB1025, in Arizona. Both protocols involve strategic reserves (investments) of BTC, which is why I said I wouldn't open them until the results are available.
If it hasn't happened, it's not a big deal. After all, seven states have already been rejected, but only one state, Utah, seems to have been rejected in the final step. Therefore, there is still a chance of success. Once successful, it will be the first state in American history to use state funds to purchase Bitcoin. At least I think this is an epic benefit.
Of course, in terms of purchasing power, it cannot be compared to ETFs. However, from a historical perspective, if the first state passes, the pressure on subsequent states will be much smaller, and it is likely that more states will adopt BTC strategic reserves and purchase BTC.
