According to Lookonchain monitoring, a whale address that has been dormant for three months deposited $2.28 million in USDC into Binance and bought 1291 ETH at a price of $1768. This address sold 900 ETH at an average price of $2531 8 months ago and is now repurchasing more ETH at a lower price.
