Wu learned that according to Bitcoin Laws, the New Hampshire Bitcoin Reserve Act HB 302 has passed the Senate Taxation and Finance Committee with a 4:1 vote. Previously, the New Hampshire House of Representatives passed the Bitcoin Reserve Act. The bill allows state treasurers to use 5% of state funds to invest in digital assets.
