Arthur Hayes family office Maelstrom invests in Upexi's PIPE investment

Arthur Hayes' family office Maelstrom has participated for the first time in a "Public Private Equity" (PIPE) transaction, providing funding for Upexi's Solana treasury strategy. Yesterday's report stated that GSR led a $1 billion private equity investment in US listed company Upexi, supporting its Solana based financial strategy.
