Bitget, which is still growing, has many imperfections that we know and accept. That's why we believe in the passing of the sun and want to do better and better. Accompanying the community and sharing the same frequency with users has always been my requirement for the team since joining BG. Last year, we learned that users who participated in Slerf pre-sales were damaged. After Slerf went live on BG, we donated the spot handling fee of 1184.92 SOL to the project party to compensate for the users who participated in the pre-sales and suffered losses. Until the project was launched on Binance, Bitget remained steadfast in standing with the community as its guardian. Last July, On the day Dogs went live on BG, the project team distributed tokens to us and users. Two hours before going live, the project team decided to take back the coins that had already been distributed to users. But for us, we cannot achieve backstabbing of users. This is also a step towards addressing trust in centralized platforms. So in the end, millions of dollars were spent to buy coins from the project team, which allowed users to successfully receive the airdrop. In October last year, the BGB market experienced abnormal fluctuations due to a series of liquidations caused by the trading of individual large investors. After a 50% flash crash on the same day, it recovered. We urgently issued an announcement and fully compensated the users who experienced abnormal liquidation. The matter was finally resolved within 24 hours. From beginning to end, we have always stood with our users, rather than opposing them. I think every platform grows on the push of users, and Bitget is no exception. In this VOXEL contract abnormal trading incident, some of our wording was not rigorous enough and communication was not timely enough, which caused inconvenience to everyone. We are truly sorry. We have also noticed that there have been many user screenshots circulating in the community recently, and we attach great importance to them. Some users have been contacted, but after verification, it was found that many of the content did not involve this incident. For example, some transactions were verified and did not occur on the abnormal occurrence of April 20th. Here, we also call on everyone to "eat the melon rationally" and pay attention to discerning the authenticity of information. As the person in charge of Mandarin, it is my dereliction of duty to make users question the platform. Rather than arguing, it's better to face it.
