People can’t get mortgages. One of my trauma fellows just graduated. He signed for a $600k salary starting out…but he has no credit. Only mortgage offer he got was 7.8% 30Y fixed for max 750k. TLDR: Credit is tightening & cash is king wen buying a home 👑
