My view on the OM incident is that CEX and DEX will continue to coexist based on their respective advantages. CEX requires a large team, profitability, and due diligence on the project, while DEX ultimately does not need a team or permission to share profits with users. If CEX changes this goal, such as no longer conducting due diligence on projects, but still wants to earn maximum profits, it will have no advantage and become a situation where neither side of the user will pay.
