Odaily Planet Daily News: Vitalik stated in an article on X that "by 2025, we need to implement the Fusaka upgrade on Ethereum Layer 1 (note: the next upgrade after Pectra) and equip it with PeerDAS, preferably with a blob target/limit set to 48/72. Our goal is to launch a Fusaka testnet with these blob parameters on the second day after Pectra goes live
