Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has voiced a strongly bullish outlook, expressing confidence in both the company’s performance and the broader crypto market. Ripple announced on Nov. 5 on social media platform X that it achieved record milestones and secured a major strategic investment, a move Garlinghouse described as pivotal for the “future of crypto.”

Garlinghouse stated: “2025, without a doubt, has been an incredible year for Ripple, and a record year for crypto as a whole.” Commenting on the $500 million investment, he added:

This investment isn’t just validation of Ripple’s growth strategy and business built on the foundation of XRP, but also a clear bet on what the future of crypto will look like. I’m very proud of what we’ve built, and all that’s to come.

The crypto firm noted that the latest funding round strengthened its balance sheet and marked another milestone in its long-term expansion strategy. The company also reported more than $95 billion in total Ripple Payments volume, a $1 billion RLUSD stablecoin market cap, threefold growth in its Ripple Prime business, six acquisitions in just over two years, a 25% share repurchase, and 75 regulatory licenses worldwide.

Noting that Pantera Capital, Galaxy Digital, Brevan Howard, and Marshall Wace also participated in the investment round, Ripple shared:

We have closed a $500 million strategic investment at a $40 billion valuation, led by Fortress Investment Group and Citadel Securities.
