Bitcoin is still unable to break out of the sideways trading dilemma and remains in a high-level accumulation phase. Those who have set up short positions should hold them patiently; the 4-hour Bollinger Bands are opening, with the lower band dipping below yesterday's low and approaching the multi-day defensive EMA120, EMA80, and EMA60 positions. It can be seen that these three lines are continuously rising, giving the impression of a fluctuating upward trend. Remember not to attempt to go long at high levels; do not chase long positions unless there is a significant pullback. It is still advisable to consider shorting at high-level resistance during pullbacks. Currently, the upper level focuses on the pressure points of EMA300 and MA380, while the lower level first looks at the breaking situation of EMA30 and EMA220. If the bottom breaks, we need to continue monitoring the positions of EMA120, EMA80, and EMA60; because the volume above the zero axis is relatively weak, Lihui believes there is a possibility of a significant sell-off after the main force raises the price in the short term.
On the daily level, the price has not broken through the dual pressure of EMA180 and EMA60 for several days, while the bottom is supported by the middle track and EMA30. After breaking, we can focus on the range of EMA120 and EMA80 above, which is also a position for short position replenishment. Currently, it is continuously declining and can be adjusted at any time; after breaking below, we can see EMA300 and the lower band (81000) position. Lihui believes that the probability of a bearish market next week is extremely high, and the prolonged failure to break the high level is definitely suspicious!
Suggested short entry point one: above 85200; target 84500-84000; if it breaks 83900-83600, hold until 82900.
Suggested short entry point two: above 86000; replenish at 87000-87400; stop loss at 87600; target 2000-3000 can be adjusted freely!
For going long, we need to continue watching for effective support at 84000 and EMA120, EMA80, and EMA60 before entering. The weekend market target can be seen as a free take profit of 600-800 points!
